Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.
• Job records you create: property name (if you enter one), start/stop times, crew size, price charged, target $/man-hour, and any notes you add.
• Billing metadata: your Stripe customer ID and current subscription status. Card numbers and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — MowRate never sees or stores them.
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, request timing) used to keep the service running.

• To run the app and keep your account signed in.
• To sync your jobs and history across your devices.
• To confirm your subscription so you can access paid features.
• To respond when you contact support.

Account data and job history are stored in MowRate's managed backend (Lovable Cloud infrastructure). Billing is handled by Stripe. These are the only third parties that process your data in the normal operation of the app.

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't run third-party analytics or tracking on the app.
• We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

MowRate uses the minimum browser storage, cookies, and session technology needed to keep you signed in and run the app. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

You can view your job history inside the app, edit or delete individual jobs on the Results screen, and clear all history at once from Settings. If you'd like a copy of your data or want your account fully deleted, email mowrate@gmail.com and we'll handle it.

We keep your job history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, associated job records are removed. Stripe retains billing records on its own schedule to meet financial-record requirements.

MowRate is a tool for lawn care operators and is not directed at children under 13.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be surfaced in the app.
